egg

Timothy loves to cook scrambled eggs. I just wish he still loved to eat them. I think Mom, when we were living there, was the first to show Timothy how an egg out of the fridge can turn into a meal. He now cracks the egg. So far he hasn't cracked it hard enough to open the egg, which is fine with me as it saves on messes. He stirs it with a fork, making sure to break the yoke. He grinds salt and pepper into it. This part is heavily supervized as he hasn't learned the rule that 'less is more' with some spices. He uses the spatula to stir the egg once it's in the pan and then he loses interest and wants to dip his fingers in the sugar bowl.
